- Interact with public and private institutions dedicated to patient care, disease prevention, and clinical, translational, and epidemiological research as well as with other foundations or non profit organizations, to provide specific expertise for the conduct of studies. The areas of expertise include biostatistical, data management, medical (diagnostics, therapeutics, imaging, laboratory, interpretation of clinical results of trials), regulatory and legal (including taxation and insurance).
- Evaluate the applicability of innovative research on diagnostics and treatments.
- Develop outcomes research programs to evaluate social and economical aspects of research results when applied to clinical practice.
- Provide fund raising to enhance academic research through the structure of a non-profit foundation.
- Develop administrative and legal expertise to manage research initiatives.
- Promote co-operation with public (governments and political bodies) and private entities in the context of evaluation of the economical and social impact of diagnostics and therapeutics
- Promote co-operation with pharmaceutical companies and other structures involved in healthcare
